Issue with Exchange Powershell not Starting – Event Errors 2112, 2142, 2069

If you find Exchange Powershell is not starting and you can’t load ECP and are getting errors in Application event log – 2112, 2142 and 2069

The issue is due to Windows Server 2019 Group Policies from the Security Toolkit. The one for Domain Controllers needs amending so the Exchange Servers can access Audit and Security Log on the DCs

Once you make this change you will find Exchange Powershell will be able to start
